Hi! I'm Jenn — a conscientious, pragmatic user experience (UX) professional and digital accessibility specialist with strong organizational skills. While my expertise is in user research and usability testing, I also write front-end code as needed. I'm IAAP CPACC-certified, NN/g UX-certified, and have a Master of Science in Human-computer Interaction.

I have more than a decade of professional experience creating, supporting, and testing websites with cross-functional teams on a variety of platforms. If you count the hours spent crafting Neopets userlookups as a kid, I have more than 18 years of experience working with HTML and CSS.

Since 2010, I've volunteered with a local church to develop, maintain, and continually enhance their online web presence.

Outside of work, I'm an ASL student and cat-enthusiast who knits, dabbles in photography, and plays a lot of Pokémon Go.
